Sometimes a guest changes their mind after cancelling, or a booking is removed by mistake. When that happens, you don't need to manually re-enter all their details from scratch. You can easily bring the booking back to life, and the system will neatly pop it right back into the room they originally booked!
Here is how to quickly restore a booking:
Open your cancellations list:
Start by clicking on 'Tools' in your menu, and then select 'Cancellations' from the drop-down list. This will open up a screen showing your cancelled bookings.
