A cancelled booking can be restored. This restored booking will be reallocated to the room originally booked.
Go to the Cancellations section
- Click 'Tools'.
- Select 'Cancellations' from the drop-down list.
The Cancellations will display.
Click on the booking you want to restore
Click on the booking that you want to restore.
Click on 'Yes' to restore
A Confirmation pop-up will display.
Click on 'Yes'.
The booking will be restored
The booking will be restored and the Booking Details will open.
