How to Email the Online Guest Registration Link

When guests arrive, the last thing they want to do is stand at the front desk filling out paperwork! Sending a digital registration link ahead of time creates a wonderful, welcoming first impression and saves you precious admin time.

Once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, you can easily send your guest a secure link to their online registration form.

Here is exactly how to do it manually:

Step 1: Open the Booking Details

Simply click on the specific booking right on your calendar.

Step 2: Open your communications menu

Look for the 'Guest Communications' button and click on it.

Select 'Email Registration Link'.

From the menu, simply select 'Email Registration Link'.

A quick tip: Make sure you have the guest's email address saved on their profile first! If it is missing, a helpful little alert will pop up to remind you to add it before sending.

If everything is good to go, you will see a quick notification confirming that the link was sent successfully.

Your guest will receive a friendly email with a link to their online registration form. As soon as they open the link and fill it out, your NightsBridge system will automatically update their guest profile with all their newly provided details!
