How to Set NightsBridge to Email Guests Their Online Registration Link Automatically

When guests arrive, the last thing they want to do is stand at the front desk filling out paperwork! Sending a digital registration link ahead of time creates a wonderful, welcoming first impression and saves you precious admin time.

Instead of sending these links out manually one by one, you can easily tell your NightsBridge system to do it automatically for you.

Here is exactly how to set it up:

Step 1: Open your notifications menu

Simply click on your Property Menu from your main screen and select 'Notifications & Alerts'.

Look for the setting called 'Check-In Registration Email?' and click the little toggle switch to change it to 'Yes'.

Simply click 'Save' to lock your new settings in!

What happens next?

Once this is switched on, your system will automatically email the online registration form to your arriving guests exactly one day before their check-in, perfectly timed at 17:00.

A few quick tips to keep in mind:

  • Same-day bookings: Because the system sends these out a day in advance, any last-minute, same-day bookings won't trigger the automated email. For those quick arrivals, you will just need to send the link manually!
  • Email addresses: The system needs an email address to send the link to, so it will automatically use the email saved in the guest's details.
