If you are using the NightsBridge PDF invoicing feature to send or download invoices, you can easily edit the information that shows on your invoice by following the steps in this tutorial.
Your logo needs to have minimum dimensions of 80 pixels by 80 pixels to be uploaded to your invoices.
Go to the Image Uploader
Please look at our tutorial 'How to access the Image Uploader' if you need more information on how to do that.
Upload your logo
1. At 'Select loader view', click on 'Branding'.

2. Click on 'Invoice logo' box.

3. Click 'Upload a Photo'.

Find your saved logo and select it.

Adjust your logo to fit
- The cropping box will appear.
- Click and hold the side/corner of the cropping box to adjust and fit your logo.
- This is an example of a logo before it was cropped.

Choose where you want your logo placed
1. Click on 'Choose placement' to expand the drop-down menu.
2. Choose the preferred align from the options in the menu. This is where the logo will be placed on the invoice.
Click to Save.
Check to make sure you are happy with your changes
To review your changes, preview and invoice from a booking currently on your calendar.

You can add text which contains your Terms and Conditions to your template for your online pro forma and final/tax invoices on the NightsBridge setup. The Terms and Conditions will then appear below your banking details on the invoice when you generate it.
Payment Settings
If you use NightsBridge Pay 3D, NightsBridge Pay (excluding NightsBridge Pay Lite), iVeri or Adumo, a credit card payment link will be provided on both the proforma and invoice PDF documents.
If the deposit payment option is set to:
- 'Credit Card Only' - Both the credit card payment link and banking details are provided on the PDF document.
- 'EFT only' - only banking details will be provided on the PDF document.
- 'Both (Credit Cards & Bank/EFT)' - Both the credit card payment link and banking details are provided on the PDF document.
- 'No Money' - neither the banking details, nor the credit card payment link will be provided on the PDF document.
Condition:
Please note that the 'Pay Now' link will only display if the 'Invoice to' client has both an email address and phone number saved in the client details.
If you need to edit these settings, navigate to the Payment and Banking settings on NightsBridge by clicking the 'Home' Icon and 'Payment & Banking'.

On 'Payment Settings', make any changes you need to and 'Save' the settings.
Add the Terms and Conditions to the Bank Details
On the Payment and Banking settings, click 'Banking Details'.
- Generate the security code via email or SMS.
- Enter the code in the field showing 'Security Code'
- Click 'Go'
Edit Guest bank transfers:
- Add the required terms and conditions within the text box.
- Click 'Save'.

From the Home icon, navigate to the 'Property & Business Info' and then 'Business Info'.

Please note that if you change your VAT settings on NightsBridge, the changes will only apply to new invoices.
You can tick if you are VAT registered or not by clicking 'Yes' or 'No' under the 'VAT registered?' drop-down. If you are newly VAT registered, enter your VAT number in the field that pops up when you tick 'Yes'. Save your changes once you have completed this.
