How to access the Account Export tool

The Account Export tool is used to integrate with your accounting system. The tool eliminates the need for keeping separate books or records. Information is entered once and shared with other modules, including customer details and invoicing.

If you want to use this tool,  please contact NightsBridge and have it activated. There is a monthly fee for using the tool which will be added to your NightsBridge invoice.

Open your calendar

Please look at our article on how to log in to your calendar if your need information on how to do that.

Open the Account Export tool

  • Click on the gear icon.
  • Select Account Exports.

View the different options

There are three options in the Accounts Export tool.

  1. Settings is used to set up your GL accounts, stock codes, mapping customer and integration status.
  2. Export is used for creating batches and exporting to your accounting program.
  3. History keeps a record of the number of batches that have been created and if they have been exported or not.
