If you want to cancel the link between your Xero and NightsBridge, you need to disconnect Xero and let us know so that we can adjust your billing.
Disconnect Xero and NightsBridge
- Open the Account Export tool. Please look at our article on the Accounts Exports tool if you need more information on how to do that.
- Select Settings from the Main Menu.
Select to Disconnect from Xero.
Select Yes to confirm the disconnection from Xero.
Ask us to remove the connection fee from your invoice
Please contact us so that we can take the connection fee off your invoices in future.
