How can I find the Stock and GL Codes in Xero

When integrating NightsBridge and Xero, you may need to get access to your Item Codes and Account Codes on Xero so that you can map them to the corresponding items on NightsBridge.

It's important that you know where to find these codes and where they map to NightsBridge as you may need to do this regularly.

Log in to Xero

You'll need to log in to Xero in order to retrieve the Codes.

You may need authorise the login via 2 factor authentication.

Go to Business and click on "Products and Services".

Scroll down and open the Product/Service that you're looking for.

Check to see what the codes are.

1. This is the Stock Code.

This is an alphanumerical code that's set up when you first created the item on Xero. It's a unique code for this item.

2. This is the GL Sale Code

This is the account code from your chart of accounts is will only be the number. The text given is the name of the revenue account.

If you need to double check the code, you can check this in your chart of accounts.

Then check for the code in the column or click on the account.
