You can use pre-saved templates as quick replies in Guest Chat for messages you send often instead of needing to retype the text.
- Open Guest Chat.
- Open the chat you want to reply to.
Select Quick Replies.
Select the reply you want to use. In this example, we want to use the breakfast quick reply.
- The text from the selected quick reply will go into the reply box.
- Click to Send.
The text from the quick reply will appear in the message.
