How to send a Guest Chat link to a guest for a manual booking

A Guest Chat link is sent automatically to guests for online bookings. If you want a guest to be able to use Guest Chat for a booking you captured manually, you will need to send them a chat link using the option in Guest Communication.

The guest must have an email address in the Made by Client record for the link to be sent.

  1. Open the manual booking you created in your Calendar.
  2. Select Guest Communications.

Click on the Email Guest Chat Link option. 

The Guest Chat email will be sent to the guest.
