The NightsBridge Booking ID (NBID) and room associated with a chat displays in Guest Chat.
Open the chat.
- The booking ID will show.
- The room will show.
For bookings of mutiple rooms, the name of the person who made the booking will appear and the room with the lowest number of rooms will display in the chat.
