You can record information about the booking or guest in Notes in a chat.
Open the chat
- Open Guest Chat.
- Select a chat.
- Go to the Notes section.
Add a Note
Click on the + icon next to Notes.
The Notes block will open.
- Add a note.
- Click to Save and close.
