Keeping track of your numbers shouldn't feel like a chore. Whether you want to know how many bookings came in this month, check your recorded payments, or see exactly which payments are still outstanding, our reports do all the heavy lifting for you. This guide will walk you through exactly how to pull the information you need.
1. Open the Reports section
Let us start by finding the right page. Head over to your Online Calendar and click on 'Reports' at the very top of your screen.
2. Choose the report you need
Next, tell the system exactly what you are looking for. Click the little arrow to open the drop-down menu and select your report type.

3. Select your dates and run the report
Now, let us narrow down the time frame you want to look at:
- Click on the 'From' date to open the calendar widget and pick your start date.
- Click on the 'To' date to open the calendar widget and choose your end date.
- You can also select if you want your page layout to be 'Landscape' or 'Portrait'.
- Once you are happy, click the 'Run Reports' button.
4. Download your file
Your report is now ready! Depending on whether you are using a Mac or a Windows computer, the file might automatically save straight into your 'Downloads' folder, or your web browser might ask you where you want to save it.
