How to generate a report

You may want to know how many bookings you had this month, how many payments you've recorded, or which payments are outstanding.

There are useful reports available on NightsBridge that will help make this easier.

Click on the 'Reports

Select 'Reports' - found at the top of the calendar.

1. Select the report that you want to download

  1. Click the arrow to open the drop-down menu
  2. Select the report type

2. Select dates and run the report

  1. Click on the 'From' date to open the calendar widget - select a start date
  2. Click on the 'To' date to open the calendar widget - select a end date
  3. Select either 'Landscape' or 'Portrait' for the report layout
  4. Click 'Run Reports'.

3. The report will download

Depending on your what web browser and operating system (Mac or Windows), this process may be different.

Downloads could automatically added to a downloads folder on the device you are using or your browser could be set to ask you where to save this.

You may get a pop-up message which tells you that your browser is blocking the site from opening the pop-up window.
You can allow this as it is a safe document to download from our system.
