How to generate a report

You may want to know how many bookings you had this month, how many payments you've recorded, or which payments are outstanding.

There are useful reports available on NightsBridge that will help make this easier.

Click on the "Reports" tab on the top-left.

Select the 'Reports' section found at the top of the Bookings (Calendar) page.

Select the report that you want to download

Click the drop-down arrow to select the report type you are looking for.

Select dates and run the report

 

  1. Once you are happy with your report type, you can click on the calendar next to the heading 'From' to select when you want the report to start.
  2. Click on the calendar next to the heading 'To' to select when you want the report to end.
  3. Select Landscape or Portrait as the report format.
  4. Click 'Run Reports'.

The report will download

Depending on what web browser and operating system (Mac or Windows) you use, this process may be different. Downloads can be automatically added to a downloads folder on the device you are using or your browser could be set to ask you where to save this. You may get a pop-up which tells you that your browser is blocking a site from opening a pop-up window. You can allow this as it is a safe document to download from our system.
