How to extract guest email addresses from NightsBridge

Sometimes there is a need to email a bigger group of your guests at once. Here are the steps to take in order to gather those guests details so you can do so.

Download your Client Report

Access your Reports via your Calendar.

Complete the fields by:

  1. Using the drop-down menu to select 'Client' as the Report Type.
  2. The Client Type can be left as 'All' - no change needed.
  3. Select (tick) the 'Would you like to narrow the client search by their last stay date?'
    This will display the calendar widgets.
  4. Use the calendar widgets to set the 'From' and 'To' dates.
  5. Click on 'Run Reports'.

In this example, we've selected 01 February 2026 as the 'From' date, and 31 January 2027 as the 'To' date.

Your Client Report will automatically download and be stored in your downloads folder (or the destination you have set to store your downloads).

Copy the email address(es) from the Client Report

To copy a single email address

Open your Client Report and locate the guest name you'd like to email:

  1. Right-click on the cell containing the email address to open the right-click menu.
  2. Click on the 'Copy' icon.

To copy all the email addresses in the report

Open your Client Report and:

  1. Click on the column titled Email to select the entire column.
  2. Right-click anywhere on the selected column to open the right-click menu.
  3. Copy the column.

Once done it will be possible to email all your emails at once

Send each email individually, from yourself, or use an actual bulk mail program like Mailchimp.
