You can run a Booking Cancellations report to see a list of cancelled bookings and a Security Audit report to see the reasons why the bookings were cancelled.
Generate a Booking Cancellations report
The Booking Cancellation report shows when the cancellation was done, when payments were made, the booking source and other booking information.

Run a Booking Cancellation report
Click 'Reports'.
- Select 'Booking Cancellation' from the drop down menu.
- Select the dates you want to run the report for.
- Select the report format you want to run the report in.
- Click 'Run Reports'.
The report will open in Excel
Depending on your browser and its settings, you may be prompted to first save or click on the download to open the document.
Filter the report in Excel to see specific information
You can filter the report in Excel so you can narrow down bookings made by a specific person, company or source.
- Click on row 3 to highlight the headings row.
- Click on 'Sort & Filter'.
- Click on 'Filter'.
- Go to the field you want to filter on. In this example, we want to filter on who made the booking.
- Tick the label you want to see.
Run a Security Audit report
The Security Audit report shows the reasons recorded when the booking was cancelled.
Click 'Reports'.
- Select 'Security Audit' from the drop down menu
- Select the dates you want to run the report for.
- Select the report format you want to run the report in.
- Click on 'Run Reports'.
Filter the report to show only cancellations
Use a text filter in the heading 'Audit Note' to identify the cancellation reasons.
