In order to start using any of our NightsBridge Pay products, you must complete the Payment Terms and Conditions. These terms can easily be accepted directly on NightsBridge.
Go to 'Payment T&Cs'
- Click to expand your Property Menu
- Select 'Billing / NightsBridge Account' from the menu
- Click on the 'Payment T&Cs' tab
Agree to the T&Cs
You must agree to the relevant terms and conditions in order to use the payment product.
The Payment T&Cs cover 3 sections:
- Payment T&Cs - covering the terms and conditions of using the payment products.
- Online Payment Fees - covering deductible fees associated with online payments.
- In-Person Payment Fees - covering the use of NightsBridge Tap.
Accept the Payment Terms and Conditions
Read through the terms and conditions and:
- Click to tick the 'I understand and agree' box on each section
- Type your full name into the provided text field
- Click on the 'Confirm' button
- Once accepted, your acceptance is recorded - indicating the date and name
Accept the Online Payment Fees
Read through the payment fees information and:
- Click to tick the 'I understand and agree' box on each section
- Type your full name into the provided text field
- Click on the 'Confirm' button
- Once accepted, your acceptance is recorded - indicating the date and name
Accept the In-Person Payment Fees (if applicable)
Read through the payment fees information and:
- Click to tick the 'I understand and agree' box on each section
- Type your full name into the provided text field
- Click on the 'Confirm' button
- Once accepted, your acceptance is recorded - indicating the date and name
- You can refer back to the Payment T&Cs (including the date they were agreed to and by whom) on this page at any time.
- A PDF copy will automatically be emailed to you and stored by our Financial Operations Team.
