NightsBridge Pay is NightsBridge's simple and secure solution for automating and receiving online payments by offering card payments online. NightsBridge Pay also offers in-house payments using a secure credit card link.

How does NightsBridge Pay work for deposits?
- When a guest makes an online booking via credit card, NightsBridge Pay deducts the deposit payment as specified by you.
- You receive an email indicating the amount processed according to your deposit policy.
- If the card was declined, you also receive an email. In this case, you should send the guest the credit card link to attempt payment again.
- NightsBridge Pay makes payment to you within two to three business days of the transaction (or you can choose to be paid weekly or monthly).
How does NightsBridge Pay work for balance payments?
- There is a credit card link available for the balance payment of each booking (for both online and manual bookings).
- You can send a credit card link to the guest via email for the balance payment on checkout. This can include any extras included in the booking.
- The credit card link can also be used for manual bookings (email, phone or walk-in) to take the deposit and balance payments.
