A Quick Note on Security:
Seeing the card number on your screen is a wonderful way to double-check details and make your day-to-day admin more efficient, especially for non-3D Secure or high-value transactions. However, please remember that this does not replace your standard security checks! For non-3D Secure transactions, you will still need to have your guest sign the printed payment email when they arrive. Think of this online view as a helpful extra tool, not a replacement for your normal safety routines.
How to Find the Partial Credit Card Details

1. Head to your Quick View
- Start by clicking on the 'Quick View' tile right on your Home screen.
2. Open the Booking and Payment Status
- Find the specific guest booking you want to check, and click the 'Booking and Payment Status' button next to it.
3. View the transaction details
- A page will open showing you a clear rundown of the payment information. Look next to the Payment ID - that is exactly where the credit card details live!
Why are some numbers hidden?
You will notice that you can only see the first six and the last four digits of the credit card. The rest of the numbers are replaced with stars or hidden (masked). We do this on purpose to keep you and your guests completely secure and compliant with online payment rules.
