Managing an accommodation property keeps you busy enough without having to remember specific dates to process payments. You can set the system to process your virtual cards automatically on the exact activation date, letting you sleep better at night knowing you will never miss a payment. Automatically processing the cards also means you do not have to worry about complicated booking channel rules regarding when and how you can collect the money.
Turn On Automatic Virtual Card Payments
Setting up the automatic feature takes only a few clicks.
First, open your main Property Menu and select the Payment & Banking option.
Once your Payment Settings open, find the section labeled Virtual Cards.
- Click the toggle switch to change the setting from 'No' to 'Yes', and
- click the Save button.
From that point forward, NightsBridge will process every virtual card payment automatically on the correct day for the exact amount.
Ask Our Team if You Need to Make Changes
After you save your new virtual card settings, you will notice the toggle switch turns grey. The grey toggle switch simply means the automatic system is active and working in the background.
If you ever decide you want to process the payments manually again, you will need to contact the NightsBridge team directly to turn the automatic feature off.
