How to add the details of a second guest to an existing booking

You can add the details of a second guest to an existing booking in your calendar.

Open the booking

Add the second guest to the booking

  • Next to 2nd Guest click on Change Client.

Has this guest stayed with you before?

  • The client's details will already be on your system.
  • Choose the guest from the drop down list. In this example, Chris Parker is a returning guest.
  • The guest's details will populate

This will prevent you from you creating a duplicate client in NightsBridge. 

Search and select the client

  • The 2nd Guest will show.
  • Click on Save to apply the changes to the booking.
  • Type in the new guest's name and surname. In this example, Chris Parker has not stayed in the property before.
  • A new guest record will be created.
  • The 2nd Guest will show.
  • Click on Save to apply the changes to the booking.
Congratulations, you are done!
