• ZAWebs manages a number of accommodation websites.

• The public (potential guests) book online on the individual websites associated with ZAWebs.

• Please sign up directly with ZAWebs.

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).

• NightsBridge provides ZAWebs with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact ZAWebs directly to update your listing.

• Payment is made by credit card via NightsBridge Pay at the time of booking. 
• If there are any outstanding amounts, the guest will need to settle directly with you.

• The property needs to refund NightsBridge Pay.
• NightsBridge Pay will refund the guest.

If your currency is not ZAR, you will need to create a STO rate sheet and select ZAR as the currency.

You will then need to link the STO rate sheet to the channel via Channel Management>Web Rates.

• 10% (including VAT)

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to ZAWebs.
• VAT and commission payable to ZAWebs must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to ZAWebs via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 10% commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via ZAWebs:

• Deposit policy
• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
