What do YOU need to do now?
- Update your content, policies and photographs directly on Cape Stay. We don't update these on your behalf.
- Cape Stay offers an enquiry function along with an instant booking option. Respond to your enquiries as soon as possible.
How booking payments work:
- You will pay 15% commission on bookings (includes VAT).
- When you receive bookings from Cape Stay, payment for the deposit comes through our PayBridge credit card system. We process payment and pay it over to you less the booking commission and card commission.
- Once we have taken payment it usually takes 48 - 72 hours for the payment to be made to you.
- Charges deducted:
- 15% commission for Cape Stay
- Credit card commission (2.85 - 4.5%) and bank transfer fee (R3.25)
