WebBeds is a B2B travel company comprising of:

• Lots Of Hotels
• JacTravel
• DOTW (Destinations of the word)
• Totalstay
• Sunhotels
• FIT Ruums

• The agent who books on behalf of their client, using WebBeds' booking system.

• Open your Homepage >> Integrations >> Integration Requests Links Manager
• Tick Corporates and Agents (Corp15) and/or Corporates and Agents (Corp20) to request the link.
• Once WebBeds has created your listing, they will receive your rates and availability for real-time bookings through NightsBridge.

• Bookings are all instant via NightsBridge.

• WebBeds does not accept Campsite room types.
• NightsBridge provides WebBeds with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• Webbeds maps on a room type level which means they can handle multi-property accounts with each room type having its own listing page.
• Changes made on NightsBridge takes 24-48 hours to update.

• All payments are made via NightsBridge Pay.
• WebBeds payments are made one day after the guest's arrival.
• One day after the guest's arrival, NightsBridge will swipe the total of the booking and create an invoice for WebBeds.
• If there are any outstanding amounts, please contact the agent to arrange payment or the agent will let you know the guest needs to settle directly with you.

• At the time of payment, NightsBridge generates the invoice made out on behalf of your property and delivers it to WebBeds.
• These invoices are recorded in your Payments>CAPS.

• The property needs to refund NightsBridge Pay.
• NightsBridge Pay will refund WebBeds.

• South Africa only.
• ZAR only.

• 15% or 20% (including VAT), respectively

• WebBeds books on the NETT rate (RACK less commission). The amount you see on the booking is this Nett rate.

• Corporate allowances are not enabled for WebBeds.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to WebBeds via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% or 20% commission deducted on top of the discount.

• WebBeds makes use of Rack Rates
• Using Rate Discounts to Decrease or Increase your rates will not update to WebBeds. 

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via WebBeds:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
