In this tutorial, we will explain how to offer your preferred guests a discounted rate, when they make an instant booking via your website. This is done by linking an STO rate sheet to the client login feature in the top right hand corner of your NightsBridge booking form.
Contact NightsBridge directly on 021 790 9910 to activate the Client Login feature. Please note that there is a once-off setup fee of R350.00 excluding VAT to activate this service.
Simply follow the steps below to create individual login details for your preferred clients to whom you offer a discounted rate, e.g. loyalty discounts for return guests.
If you have not already done so, first create the STO rate sheet(s) in your NightsBridge Setup program

Log into the NightsBridge Owner's Login (WebView)

Click on Client Login under the Web Info menu
Click on Add
Enter Company Name and Surname for the client
We recommend creating a single client login with a 'generic' company name and surname referencing the purpose of the client login and leaving the fields for contact details blank so that the same client login can be used by multiple clients. This also makes it easy to track conversion.

Assign a Login Name and Password to the client
You may use any combination of letters and numbers.
Decide whether or not to Force Credit Card Payment - tick the checkbox for Yes
If you do not select the Force Credit Card Payment option, then you will have to follow up directly with your guest in order to settle payment. Your banking details will not be sent to the guest and they will not be prompted to enter credit card details when booking.
Select rate sheet applicable to the client from the drop-down menu
Click on Save
You can now supply this Login Name and Password to the applicable preferred client(s) via email.
Your preferred client(s) can now log into the NightsBridge booking form from your property's website to book online using their discounted rates:
Click on Login
Note that the rates pulling through to the availability grid on the landing page of the NightsBridge booking form are the standard RACK rates.
Enter Login Name and Password and click on Login
Client is now logged into your NightsBridge booking form
Note that the rates pulling through to the availability grid on the landing page of the NightsBridge booking form are now the discounted STO rates which have been linked to the preferred client's login details.
