No monthly service fee
We believe in keeping your core payment tools accessible without compounding your monthly overheads:
- Included in your package: Use of NightsBridge Pay Lite is completely included in your standard monthly NightsBridge service fee.
- Zero activation fee: There is no fee to activate NightsBridge Pay Lite on your account.
Competitive card commission fees
Like all payment gateways and card machines, a small transaction fee applies when a guest pays by card. Our card commission rates are highly competitive in the local market:Visa and Mastercard
- Domestic 3D Secure: 2.75% ex. VAT (3.16% inc. VAT)
- Domestic non-3D Secure: 2.95% ex. VAT (3.39% inc. VAT)
- International cards: 3.25% ex. VAT (3.74% inc. VAT)
Other card types
- American Express: 3.25% ex. VAT (3.74% inc. VAT)
- Diners Club: 3.25% ex. VAT (3.74% inc. VAT)
- Virtual cards: 3.98% ex. VAT (4.57% inc. VAT)
Please note: If a booking is cancelled, card processing fees charged by the banking system cannot be refunded
Bank transfer fee
When NightsBridge transfers your payouts into your bank account, a single transfer fee applies:
- R3.00 ex. VAT (R3.45 inc. VAT) per transfer.
- Smart daily grouping: To keep your costs as low as possible, all guest payments processed on the same day are grouped into a single daily transfer—meaning you only pay one transfer fee for that day's total payout.
Free training, support, and flexible billing
- Free setup and support: You receive free one-on-one training during setup, and all ongoing support and future training are included in your monthly service fee.
- Advance payment discounts: If you choose to pay 6 months in advance, you qualify for a 5% discount. Pay 12 months in advance and enjoy a 10% discount.
- No long-term contracts: We believe in earning your partnership every day. You can cancel your account at any time without obligation or penalties.
