What to review if you receive a same-day arrival warning email

When a same-day arrival booking is made and the card payment is processed, an email is sent to alert you of the booking.
These are for bookings made and paid for on the same day as the arrival date.
These bookings have a higher risk of leading to chargebacks.

This tutorial will inform you of what to review when you receive this email.

If a payment has failed, please make sure you arrange payment before the guest checks in. NightsBridge cannot help getting payment for a failed transaction. You can follow these steps and make sure to generate a 3D secure link to send to your guest for payment.
