How to send myself the payment confirmation email.

Keeping track of your paperwork shouldn't add stress to your day. If you use NightsBridge Pay for an online payment, you might occasionally need to track down the payment confirmation email. Whether you simply misplaced the original email or need to print a copy for a guest to sign as proof of authorisation for a non-3D payment, getting a new copy is easy. This guide will show you exactly how to resend this confirmation email straight to your inbox from the Transactions page, helping you keep your records perfectly organised.

1. Head to your Transactions page

Finding your payment records is simple. You can reach the Payments page in two easy ways:

  • Click the 'Payments & Invoices' tile right on your NightsBridge Home screen.
  • Or, just select 'Payments' from your Main Menu.

When you arrive, the page will automatically show you a handy list of all your payment transactions for the current month.

2. Find the right payment and resend the email

Now, just look down your list to find the specific payment transaction you need the confirmation for.  Once you spot it, click on the 'Resend Confirmation Email' button - it looks like a little envelope icon.

3. Check your inbox!

A quick notification will pop up on your screen to let you know the confirmation email is on its way. All you need to do now is check your email inbox for your fresh copy. You can then easily print it out for your guest to sign when they arrive!
