• The public (potential guests) book online.

• Please sign up directly with StayHere.

• Bookings can be made via instant Booking (NightsBridge).

• NightsBridge provides StayHere with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge to create your listing.
• When your content or photos change, please contact StayHere directly to update your listing.

Guests can choose between EFT/Credit Card when booking depending on your deposit settings: 

• If EFT, the guest will pay the property directly.
• If a Payment Gateway is in place, the credit card will be automatically processed.

• The property needs to refund the guest directly.

• South Africa only.
• ZAR only.

• 5% (excluding VAT).

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to StayHere.
• VAT and commission payable to StayHere must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to StayHere via your NightsBridge Setup.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the agreed commission charged on top of the discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via StayHere
