If you manage multiple properties on NightsBridge, you can link an existing user to more than one property. This allows them to switch between their linked properties without having to log out and log in with different credentials.
Each user will keep the permissions assigned to their User Group on each individual property.
Before you begin
You must have Admin access or Users & Security permissions to manage user access.
The user must already have a login created and saved on every property you want to link.
If the user does not have a login on one or more properties, follow How to add a NightsBridge user login to create the missing logins before continuing.
Link the user to another property
Step 1: Go to Users & Security
Log in to your Main BBID on NightsBridge and navigate to Users & Security on your Property Menu.
Step 2: Edit the user
Select the user you want to link to other properties.
- Select User for multiple properties instead of User for this property only.
- Use the dropdown menu to select the property you want to link.
- Find the user's existing username on that property and select it.
Click Save to save the linked properties.
The user can now access their linked properties without having to log out and log in with different credentials.
Need to add or remove a property?
- Click the add button (➕) to add another linked property or,
- the remove (⛔) button to remove a property.
Switch between linked properties
The option to switch properties will now be available on the users Property Menu.
They can now easily switch between the linked properties and don't need to log in individually.
