Commission with a channel manager
- Airbnb charges from 15% commission (excluding VAT).
- RACK or STO rates include the commission.
- The commission will be deducted from the rates you have set up on NightsBridge
- This commission structure will allow your guests to see consistency across all connected channels.

Commission without a channel manager
- Airbnb charges the host 2-3% commission (excluding VAT).
- Airbnb charges the guest 12-14% commission (excluding VAT).
- You commission structure changes once a channel manager is connected.
