Springnest billing explained

We know that managing your property's admin and cash flow is a crucial part of running a smart business, whether you operate a cosy guesthouse or a premium boutique property. That is why we’ve made sure the billing for your new Springnest website is completely transparent and incredibly easy to manage. There are no hidden costs, and absolutely no surprises.

Your Springnest billing simply consists of two parts: a once-off setup fee, and your monthly subscription.

1. The Once-Off Setup Fee

Once you and the Springnest team have confirmed exactly what your property needs, they will get straight to work building your site. Because setup fees vary based on the size of your property, the team will always confirm this amount upfront during your very first conversation. You will receive an invoice for this once-off fee while the site is being built, and it just needs to be settled before your gorgeous new website officially goes live!

2. The Monthly Subscription (Everything in One Place)

The moment your website is live and ready to take direct bookings, your monthly subscription of R460 begins. To keep your monthly admin perfectly simple, we automatically add this subscription right onto your standard NightsBridge invoice as a separate line item. That means you only have one invoice to track!

A quick tip:

If you’d prefer to manage your Springnest billing entirely independently from NightsBridge, just let the team know and they can easily arrange that for you, too.

Aligning your payments with your current cycle

We make sure your Springnest fees align seamlessly with however you already prefer to pay for your NightsBridge account:

If you pay monthly:

  • Your Springnest subscription will simply pop up on your very next invoice after you launch. We keep it wonderfully simple—no complicated pro-rata calculations needed!

If you pay in advance:

  • If you prefer to pay your NightsBridge fees annually or every six months, we will calculate a once-off amount just to cover the period between your website launch and your next advance payment date. From that point forward, your website fees will automatically sync up with your existing billing cycle.
