• The public (potential guests) book online.

• Open your Homepage>Integrations>Integration Requests>Links Manager.
• Tick 'SA-Venues' to request the link.
• A once-off setup fee of R450 (excl VAT) to add your first property - thereafter commission per booking. SA-Venues will create the listing but the establishment has to supply the requested documents before they will activate.
• Once SA-Venues has created your listing, it will exchange rate, availability and booking information with NightsBridge in real-time.

• SA-Venues accepts campsites as a room type.
• Bookings can be made via instant booking (via NightsBridge) or enquiry (property direct).
• By default, guest contact information is only provided once the guest has confirmed the booking on SA-Venues. The contact info is then sent to you by SA-Venues.
• You may contact SA-Venues requesting that guest contact info be included when making the booking via NightsBridge.

• NightsBridge provides the booking channel with your content (descriptions and images) as set up on NightsBridge, to create your listing.

• Booking channels are able to extract certain content elements from NightsBridge.
  If any of the details listed below are updated on NightsBridge, please contact the booking channel directly, requesting a listing update.

  • Amenities available at establishment
• Any other information must be added or communicated to the booking channel directly.

The deposit is collected by SA-Venues. SA-Venues will pay the establishment, less their commission, within 3 to 5 working days of the booking date.
Guests have two payment options when booking:

• Full Payment Upfront: SA-Venues will take 100% of the booking total and pay you less their commission  OR

• Only Deposit (minimum of 50%): SA-Venues will take 50% of the booking total as the deposit and pay you less their commission. The balance due will need to be collected from the guest directly.

• The property should refund SA-Venues directly.
• SA-Venues will refund the guest.

• 15% (including VAT)

• NightsBridge provides your RACK Rates as entered in your NightsBridge Setup to SA-Venues.
• VAT and commission payable to SA-Venues must be included in your rates.

• Should you choose to, you can load and link Specials and Packages to SA-Venues via NightsBridge.
• Please note that Specials and Packages rates will also have the 15% commission charged on top of the applied discount.

The policies you have set up in NightsBridge are automatically applied to bookings made via SA-Venues:

• Cancellation policy
• Child policy
• Minimum length stay
