The Room Type Overview provides your property content in one place. It is a preview of the information visible on your Booking Form.
This tutorial will outline the page as well as where the information is sourced from on NightsBridge.
Keeping this information up to date ensures that your property content remains relevant and attractive to potential guests.
Go to 'Room Type Overview'
On HOME, click on 'Room Type Overview'.
Selecting a room type to display the overview
- Select a room type from the list
- the Room Type Overview for the selected room will display
The filter function allows you to narrow down your search for a room type. This is helpful when your property has many on offer.
- Simply start typing the name of the desired room type and the list will update to present the relevant room types.
The Room Type Overview
This page provides the information as presented on your NightsBridge Booking Engine.
Here you can review the displayed:
- room type name
- description and other details
- bed and bathroom configuration
- occupancy
- room type policies
- child policies
All these details can be updated on Setup.

Photos, Amenities and Rooms linked
This section presents a preview of the:
- room type photo gallery - click on the edit button to be directed to the image uploader
- amenities - changes can be made in the the Room Type Setup
- Rooms linked - changes can be made in the Room Type Setup
Click on the 'Show More' button to expand the section and display any additional content.
Booking engine
A 'Booking Engine' button is provided. Clicking this will open your booking form, presenting the information as a potential guest would see it.
