The Room Type / Unit Overview is an easy way to view all the web content you have for a room type. This tutorial will walk you through where the information on the overview is pulling through from.
Find the Room Type Overview
Click the button called 'Room Type / Unit Overview' from your NightsBridge Homepage.
Filter room types
You can type in the 'Filter' section if you have more than one kind of similar room type name to easily click the room type you want to see the overview for. Click on the room type or unit name you would like to see the overview for.
Room type information and policies
The room type name, bed and bath configuration, occupancy and room type policies can be found and edited on the 'Setup Rooms' button when you click 'Room Types' on the Setup. This tutorial will guide you where to go to update the information should you need to. The 'Child Policy & Rules' are found and edited on the 'Setup Rates' button when you click 'Set Child Policy' on the setup.
Photos, amenities and room type setup
Photos
The 'Photos' section has a convenient button where you can click to 'Edit' if you notice any photos that perhaps need an update. You can click 'Show More' to see all your room type photos you have uploaded if not all your images display.
Rooms linked
The information that shows in the 'Rooms Linked' section can be edited on the 'Room Type Info' section of the Room Type Setup.
Booking engine
There is 'Booking Engine' button that you can click on to open your booking form to see how this information will show for your guests when they want to make a booking on your website or social media.
