Building the foundation
Think of your new website like building a real-world guesthouse. First, you pay a once-off fee to build the physical structure. After that, you pay a smaller, ongoing monthly fee to keep the lights on and the doors open. Springnest uses the exact same structure.
The once-off setup fee
Your journey starts with a friendly conversation. Real people, available when it matters, will chat with you to understand your specific needs. Because every property is different, the once-off setup fees vary based on the specific features you want.
- If you manage a single unit, the Springnest team will quote you individually.
- For properties with 2 to 5 rooms, the setup starts from R3500.
- If you offer 6 to 9 rooms, the price starts from R4000,
- For 10 or more rooms, the cost begins at R4500.
Please note that these starting prices do not include Value-Added Tax.
The ongoing monthly fee
Once your website is beautifully built and goes live on the internet, your regular subscription begins.
The ongoing cost is R400 per month (excluding Value-Added Tax).
To keep your administration simple and give you one system for everything, we add the Springnest subscription directly to your regular NightsBridge invoice as a separate line item.
Discounts for planning ahead
We love to reward property owners who plan ahead. If you choose to pay your NightsBridge fees in advance to receive a discount, we apply the exact same discount to your Springnest monthly charges.
