Springnest pricing has two parts: a once-off setup fee to build your website, and a monthly subscription to keep it running and improving.
The once-off setup fee
Your journey starts with a conversation. The Springnest team will chat with you about your property and exactly what you need, then confirm your setup fee before any work begins.
Setup fees are based on the size of your property:
- Single unit properties are quoted individually
- 2 to 5 rooms: from R4,500
- 6 to 9 rooms: from R5,000
- 10 or more rooms: from R6,500
All prices exclude VAT. The fee confirmed in your initial conversation is the fee you pay. No surprises.
The monthly subscription: R460 per month (VAT included)
Once your website goes live, your monthly subscription begins. At R460 per month, this covers everything your website needs to stay live, secure, and working hard for your property:
- Hosting - secure, reliable web hosting with an SSL certificate included
- Editing tools - update your pages, photos, offers, and articles yourself, no technical experience needed
- Marketing tools - create promotions, pop-up messages, and blog articles
- Integrations - connect your NightsBridge booking engine, social media accounts, Google Maps, and more
- New features - Springnest releases updates and improvements throughout the year, included at no extra cost
- Support - the Springnest team is available to help you get the most from your website
- Launch concierge - moving from an existing website? The team will guide you through the transition
Your subscription is added directly to your NightsBridge invoice as a separate line item. One invoice, everything in one place.
The direct booking advantage
At R460 per month, just one or two additional direct bookings, without OTA commission, can cover your subscription cost for the entire year. Every direct booking through your own website puts more money in your pocket than the same booking made through a listing platform.
Advance payment discounts
If you pay your NightsBridge fees in advance and receive a discount, the same discount applies automatically to your Springnest subscription. No extra steps required.
