This article will help you understand how Airbnb and NightsBridge work when it comes to bookings and availability.
Airbnb has a unique connection into NightsBridge, and there is important information you need to know.
Bookings made on Airbnb
- Guests can only book one room/unit at a time.
- Even if there is more than one room available for the dates, each room/unit needs to be booked separately.
- Airbnb doesn't allow the guest to book more than one room/unit at a time.
Cancelling and modifying bookings
When a booking is made on Airbnb via NightsBridge the booking cannot be modified on Airbnb.
- You can cancel a booking on Airbnb directly
- When the booking is cancelled on Airbnb the booking will be automatically cancelled in your Nightsbridge calendar
- If you are unable to cancel the booking please reach out to us.
Updating Availability to Airbnb
- NightsBridge updates the amount of rooms available in the room type on a given day, to Airbnb.
- This allows a different guest to book the listing, if a previous guest booked the listing on Airbnb for the respective nights and there is availability in the room type.
- E.g.) Guest 1 books the 1st and 2nd of Jan, Airbnb won't allow another guest to book the listing for those same dates, without the inventory update from NightsBridge.
