How to view a booking enquiry made on the Booking Engine

You could receive enquiries from the Booking Engine when you have restrictions in your setup. You can view enquiries within the Enquiries tab of the Booking Engine tile, via Home.

How you view a booking enquiry

Go to 'Booking Engine'

  • Select 'Channel Management' on the Main Menu
  • Click on 'Booking Engine'

Click on 'Enquiries'

  • Click on 'Enquiries'

The enquiries will be listed, starting with the most recent enquiry
