You can set up a different bookinglink to offer a different rate plan than your Rack rates.
This booking link can offer better rates and make them available on other partner companies' websites.
An alternative booking link can also help you track how many bookings came from a particular marketing campaign.
Create a rate sheet that you want to link
- You will need to create an additional rate sheet. This is done in the same way as you would make a new STO rate sheet in your NightsBridge setup.
Go to Web Rates
- Select 'Channel Management' from the Main Menu
Select 'Web Rates'
Link your rate sheet to Alternative Rate
- Find Alternative Rate under Web rates
- Pick the alternative rate rate sheet from the dropdown list
- Save.
Update the following URL (replace x's with your BBID)
- Click on this link https://book.nightsbridge.com/xxxx?nbid=550
- Replace the xxxxx with your BBID number.
- Press enter to save the link.
Share your Alternative Rate link
- You can share this link on your website, social media platforms, Travel Agents or Tour operators for them to book in this currency.
- Any bookings made from this link will have the source (alternative rate), which you can use to track how many bookings and revenue you got from this rate.
