Once NightsBridge is connected to your Tripadvisor listing, the Five(5) most recent Tripadvisor reviews can be displayed on your NightsBridge Booking Engine. Having the reviews visible provides the viewer with the experiences of other guests without having to leave your Booking Engine.
This tutorial will show you how to activate this new feature.
Go to Booking Engine
- Select 'Channel Management' on the Main Menu
- Click on 'Booking Engine'
Within the section 'Customise Booking Engine':
- Tick the box alongside 'Display TripAdvisor Reviews'
- Click on 'Save'
Review the change on the Booking Engine
Once the setting is applied, click on the 'Go to Booking Engine' button located just above the customisation section.
Notice that the most recent guest reviews from Tripadvisor displayed at the bottom of your booking form.
