Rate Overrides can be deleted from your NightsBridge. You can either delete an individual Rate Override or delete all Rate Overrides. This tutorial will guide you on how to delete an individual Rate Override, or use the Delete old data button to delete all.
Remember that Rate Overrides only apply to online bookings. They are not applied to bookings added manually to your calendar.
Go to Rate Discounts
Select 'Setup' from your Main Menu
- Select 'Rate Discounts'
- Select 'Rate Overrides'
Delete the Rate Override
- Open the Rate Override by clicking on it.
- ℹ️ Option 2: At this stage you also have the option to use the 'Delete old data' button to delete ALL the Rate Overrides.
- Click on the 'Delete' button
A pop-up message will appear.
- Confirm your action by clicking on 'OK'
The Rate Override is now deleted
