NightsBridge booking engine settings

Learn about all the settings that affect your NightsBridge booking engine.

Go to General Settings

From the Home landing page, click 'General Settings'.

Choose the options you want to apply

  1. Tick the options you want to apply to your NightsBridge booking engine.
  2. Save.

General Settings options

Here is a bit more detail on how the different options update the booking engine.

Show Availability Grid

This option lets you to choose whether the grid is shown or not, as a default on when landing on your booking engine.

Here is an example of the booking engine with the Availability Grid option ticked to display. Take note of the View Calendar button. This gives potential guests the ability to open or close the grid:

When ticked, you are also offered the choice to have the booking engine display the grid by default.

Here is an example of the Show Availability Grid on open ticked.

Default to single

This option lets you choose what the default amount of people staying in a room or unit will be on the booking engine. If the default is set to 1, guests have the option of increasing the number of guests based on the max pax (occupancy) of the room or unit.

The system default is set to 2 adults.

Ticking this option will set the default to 1 adult.

AMEX and Diners Club credit cards

This option lets you choose whether you accept payments from American Express (AMEX) and/or Diners Club credit cards.

Scheduled Mails

You can select to auto-send the check-in registration email from NightsBridge so your guests can fill in information you need to know before their arrival.
