When you can not find the original email you can send yourself a copy of the PayBridge payment transaction confirmation email generated by NightsBridge for an online payment.
You need to print it out for the guest to sign and keep it as proof that they authorised the payment to be deducted from their credit card. (Non 3D payments only)
Go to Transactions.
- Click 'Payments' in the menu on the left.
The Payments page will default to Transactions, where you will see a list of all your transactions for the current month.
Resend the confirmation email.
Find the transaction you need the confirmation email.
Click on the Resend Confirmation Email button (Envelope icon).
You will be notified that the confirmation email has been resent.
