This tutorial will provide guidance when tracing payments from iVeri. Once you have downloaded your report from iVeri to use in the reconciliation, you will be guided on how to match a transaction from iVeri, with the corresponding on NightsBridge.
1. Download the iVeri Reconciliation Report by Acquirer Cycle
Log into iVeri BackOffice

Go to https://backoffice.nedsecure.co.za
- This is where you manage your iVeri service and view transaction reports.

Log in by entering your:
- User Group (the six digit number given to you by NightsBridge)
- User Name
- Password, and then,
- click on 'Login'.

Please note:
The User Group, User Name and Password are specific to your iVeri back office.
These login details are not the same as your NightsBridge BBID and password.

Download the required report
On iVeri Back Office you will need to:
- Go to reports on iVeri
- Select the correct Available Acquire Cycle
- for the required date
- Download (print) the reconciliation report

2. View the transaction on NightsBridge

3. The two transaction items will match
On the iVeri Reconciliation Report by Acquirer Cycle, the:
1. merchant reference, and
2. amount of the transaction
will match the:
3. payment ID, and
4. amount
for the same transaction displayed on the on the Transactions tab on the Payments page on NightsBridge.
