Getting listed on major international channels like Expedia is a fantastic way to reach new guests worldwide! We want to help you get connected. Because Expedia is an external platform, the initial sign-up happens directly on their side, but the process is straightforward.
Here is exactly how to start your application:
Step 1: Start your Expedia application
A quick tip: If you already have an existing Expedia account and just want to add a new property, you can simply log directly into Expedia Partner Central or chat with your assigned Expedia Market Manager.
To get started, simply follow the link to the 'List Your Property on Expedia Group' page and follow the prompts to add your property's details.
Listing a single unit?
If you only have one unit to sell, Expedia's system will automatically redirect your application to Vrbo. While NightsBridge doesn't currently support a direct connection to Vrbo, please don't let that stop your momentum!
Simply pop an email to our connectivity consultants at [email protected]. One of our team members will gladly connect with you to provide personal guidance on the best next steps to keep your bookings flowing.
If you do decide to continue listing with Vrbo (and not Expedia), you can still easily keep your availability perfectly synced by using simple iCal links!
Step 2: Wait for Expedia's review
Once you submit your details, Expedia will carefully review your application. They assess the feasibility of adding new properties on a case-by-case basis.
Step 3: Build your listing
If Expedia accepts your application, congratulations! They will provide you with the specific steps you need to build out and complete your beautiful new listing.
Step 4: Let us help you connect!
Once you have successfully signed up and built your shiny new Expedia listing, just send a quick email to our Connectivity Team at [email protected]. To help us link your calendars as quickly as possible, just remember to pop your NightsBridge ID (BBID) and your brand-new Expedia Hotel ID into the email!
Let us know you are ready, and we will gladly handle the rest to get your new listing perfectly connected.
What if my application isn't accepted or I need help?
Because this application process happens entirely on Expedia's system, you will need to contact Expedia's support team directly if you have any questions about why an application wasn't accepted or if you need help with their sign-up screens.
