You can view your channel (CAPS) payments from NightsBridge and retrieve invoices from the Home landing page you see when you log into NightsBridge.
Select 'Payments & Invoices' on HOME
View the transaction status
The payment status of the channel payment will be under Transactions.
- The status can be:
- Please be patient, the channel needs to process your payment.
 - Waiting for authorisation or cancellation of booking.
 - Voucher confirmation received.
 - Money transferred from NightsBridge to your account.
 - Booking cancelled or disputed.
 
 
View Channel Invoices
Select Channel Invoices.
Identify the invoice you would like to view and click on the printer icon to view the invoice.
A PDF version of the invoice will open.
See a breakdown of the payment
Once the payment has been made, a breakdown of this is recorded within your Payment Recon.
- Select Payment Recon.
 - View the breakdown of the channel payment.
 - Channel Payments show 'CAPS' as a reference in the Payment Recon once you have been paid. This is an acronym for Channel Automated Payment System.
