This tutorial will guide you with adding missing contact info for your user logins, or how to update the contact info if their details change.
Head over to Users & Security
Select Users & Security from your Property Menu.
Update the contact details
Click on the user's name that needs to update.
Update the contact details by either correcting the old contact details or adding any missing information.
- Make sure that the contact number and email address are unique to each user. These should not be a shared contact number or email address.
Once done, click on the Save button and that's it!
