Contacting NightsBridge Support using the online chat

The online chat feature is a great way to quickly get in touch with the NightsBridge Support team.
You can also find answers to questions in the form of tutorials and FAQs via the chatbox.

Click on the blue chat icon in the bottom-left hand corner of your browser window

Once clicked on, the chatbox panel will pop up.

Click on 'Send us a message'

You'll see the bottom section of the panel will change - the links to tutorials and FAQs will vanish.

Type a message and click the send icon to send your message

  1. Type your message in the text field at the bottom of the chatbox.
  2. Click the send icon.

    Once your message is sent, a support team member will receive your message and respond as soon as possible. Usually within a few minutes.

To hide the online chat, click the blue arrow

The online chat panel will disappear from view.
