How to Download Your NightsBridge Invoices and Statements

Keeping track of your monthly admin should be as simple as possible. Whether you need to grab a quick copy of your latest service fee invoice or download a full statement for your records, you can easily find everything right inside your NightsBridge system.

Finding your billing section:

  1. Simply click to drop down your Property Menu.
  2. Select 'Billing / NightsBridge Account'. This will open up your Accounts section, where you can easily see your current balance alongside all your recent invoices and statements.

How to download an Invoice:

Just look for the little printer icon next to the invoice you need and give it a click.

A quick tip about pop-ups:

Your internet browser might occasionally ask you if you want to "allow pop-ups" before it opens the invoice. Just update your preferences to allow it, and your invoice will safely download or pop open as a PDF document in a new tab for you to save or print!

How to download a full Statement:

If you need a complete overview of your account, just click the 'Download PDF' button sitting right next to your displayed account balance. (The same quick tip about allowing pop-ups applies here, too!)

Your statement will download or neatly open as a PDF document.

Understanding the transaction codes on your statement:

If you are looking at your statement and wondering what the little transaction codes mean, here is a quick breakdown to help you read it:

  • INV (Invoice): Your standard NightsBridge service invoice.
  • PMT (Payment): A payment that has been successfully made to your account.
  • PMN (NightsBridge Pay): A NightsBridge Pay payment that has been allocated to your account (this will reflect as a Service deduction).
  • CRN (Credit Note): This simply means an amount on your account was reversed or corrected.
  • TRF (Transfer): A transfer of funds to or from your account. You can easily check the 'comments' section to see exactly where those funds came from or moved to!
