Booking.com has certain content requirements. If you want to link your property to Booking.com, your content in your NightsBridge Setup must meet those requirements before we can connect you.
You may have done your initial set up with us some time ago. This list should help narrow down which particular information must be in place for a smooth connection with Booking.com
Property content
Property photos
Use Image Uploader to make sure this content is added:
- At least 10 property photos.
Property information
Use Web Info to make sure this content is added:
- Property amenities
- Property type and grading
- Property FAQs
- Property web information
Phone number
Use Basic Setup to make sure this content is added this way:
- No "+" symbol in front of phone numbers.
Room content
Room photographs
Use Image Uploader to make sure this content is added:
- Each room type has at least 4 room type photos.
Room Types Info
Use Rooms Types Info in Setup to make sure this content is added this way:
- Family is not used for both quality and type of room, but only for one or the other. For example, Family apartment or Deluxe family room NOT Family family room.
Room Type Content
Use Rooms Types Content in Setup to make sure this content is added this way:
- Apartments have a kitchen under Room Type Amenities.
