You may learn more details about the guest after the booking has been made. For example, you may receive the guest's phone number after =the booking has been made. You can use the NightsBridge App in order to add/update their contact details.
Any changes made on the App are updated real-time on your NightsBridge system.
Select the Booking
- Click on the date of the booking.
- Choose the room where the guest is booked.
Select the room where you'd like to edit the guest's details
Swipe left to see all the rooms attached to the booking.
Choose Edit Guest Info.
- The details of the person staying in the room will be shown.
Edit the guest's details
- Edit or add details to the guests profile. In this example we've changed the guest's phone number.
- Click on SAVE.
The information has been updated.
